How can I sign up a group of people to the course?
Drop us a message on our contact us page and we can arrange this for you so your team can be added together on a specific date of your choice.
Can we sign up and have a community for just my company?
Yes you can, just reach out to us and we can let you know costs. We'll also help onboard you so you know how to use the platform!
Will I pass the Pardot Specialist exam?
It's very likely yes. We go into a lot of detail on this course so it's very likely you'll pass the Specialist exam if you choose to take it. However, we cannot guarantee anything as the onus is on the student to properly learn the information we share.
Will I have access to a demo account?
We provide instructions on how you can request a demo Pardot account from Salesforce and we let you know how to set it up. However, Salesforce always reserve the right to providing these accounts.
Will I have access to all of the course content at once?
Yes. We advise you take each pitstop week by week but for some students, they will want to jump in at their own pace so the entire course is available upon signup.
How long is the course?
The Pardot (MCAE) on-demand course is designed to be completed over 10 weeks. However, all of the content is available immediately for 12 months so you can check back in as and when you need to.
Do you offer a discount for Non-profits?
Yes we do. Please tell us how many people you would like on the course via the Contact Us button above and we will provide you with a unique discount code.
How long do I have access to the course and community?
1-year access. For our courses, once you've paid you will have unlimited access to the course for 12 months.
